Do I need any equipment?

A mat would be useful, and some water! There are a number of bodyweight options to follow before looking at the resistance band workouts.

Do I need any special software/hardware?

No, our app is available on iOS and Android and all workouts are contained and run within that.

Do I need to know all of the exercises?

Nope! – each exercise comes with a short video showing you how to do it, you can watch them prior to undertaking the workout or as you go through it.

Do I need a certain level of fitness?

The exercises are designed to help build upon the swim strength you already have, some will be a little tougher than others, when starting out you can increase the rest time between sets and exercises or do one less set of the exercise.
