With its mix of cardiovascular, hand eye co-ordination, balance and timing, it’s no wonder that Boxercise is one of the most effective cross-training classes available.

These high energy, fun and stress-busting workouts will get you working out whilst having a blast.

Combining boxing combinations, core conditioning and footwork you are sure to burn calories without even thinking about it!

You don’t need to be a boxing guru, we’ll show you everything you need to know and we have pads and gloves, so you only need to bring yourself and some water.

We will work multiple muscle groups, enhance your range of motion and help you tone up.
